Job Summary
The Enterprise Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth in the Enterprise Information Technology by identifying, developing, and closing high-value enterprise deals. This position is responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that showcase the value of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed consulting revenue targets.
- Pipeline Management: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within enterprise-level organizations to generate T&M, SOW and Fix Fee projects.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers including regular meetings, industry events and organizational boards.
- Solution Selling: Understand customer pain points and business objectives to position consulting solutions as the ideal fit.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Marketing & Talent Aquisition to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions and close deals with favorable terms for both the client and company
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively articulate the value proposition.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (e.g., Bullhorn) and provide regular updates on sales performance to leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in technology & consulting.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate customer challenges into actionable solutions.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new products.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
